Lead Project Manager - Mahwish Bajwa

ABOUT THE LEAD

Mahwish Bajwa is currently serving as a national program manager at the Department of Justice (DOJ). Ms. Bajwa's job entails helping oversee 57 field offices and headquarters. She joined the DOJ in 2007 and believes in the mission and vision of the department, and protecting the liberties of the people of the United States and its Constitution. She manages the national program as well as a group of local employees. Her core duties include ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and compliance mandated by DOJ and the Congress.

 

Ms. Bajwa has signed up for the Flexible MBA program offered by the Johns Hopkins - Carey Business School and her concentration is management. Ms. Bajwa has an undergraduate degree in public relations. She has a passion for traveling, music, and reading. Ms. Bajwa has been to 20 US states and two countries abroad. When it comes to the local community, Ms. Bajwa believes that the Eckington neighborhood brings a vast array of culture, history, and current project development taking place to enhance the quality of life for local residents.

 

Ms. Bajwa is passionate about helping support diversity and culture, through helping bring communities together. She is looking forward to exploring this area and meeting new people, businesses, and paving the way for urban development through her contributions.
